Register here!
Getting involved is easy. ​
  • For men aged 35-75 years that want to get more active and meet ONE of the following criteria:
               a) a heart condition (e.g., heart attack or failure) diagnosed by a doctor more than 3 months before starting Aussie-FIT
                 b) a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or higher. If you know your height and weight, check your BMI here 
              c) at 'high-risk' of having a heart attack or stroke after having a heart health check
  • If this is you, click on 'Register Here', answer the screening questions and enrol
