Aussie-FIT is: 
  • A free 12-week program, designed to support men to make positive health changes, such as losing weight or becoming more active. ​
  • Participants get a ‘behind the scenes’ experience at their sports club and are trained by coaches.
  • Our aim is to help men learn skills to help them enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle for the long term.
  • Guys are supported by coaches as they challenge themselves with realistic and attainable fitness goals, and learn how to sustain their new lifestyle beyond the 12 week program.
