Register your interest!
Getting involved is easy. ​
  • For men aged 35-75 years that want to get more active and meet ONE of the following criteria:
               a) have a heart condition (e.g., a heart attack or heart failure) diagnosed by a doctor more than 3 months before starting Aussie-FIT
               b) have a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or higher. If you know your height and weight, check your BMI here 
               c) have been told that you are at 'high-risk' (over 15%) of having a heart attack or stroke after having a heart health check
  • If this is you, click on 'register your interest', answer the screening questions and enrol 
  • Please review our Frequently Asked Questions for more details or get in touch with an Aussie-FIT team member in your area

  • Swan Districts FC (Bassendean), Monday evenings starting in August​
