Aussie-FIT (AFL Fans in Training) is a 12-week healthy lifestyle program designed specifically for men.
Based on the highly successful Football Fans in Training (FFIT) program in the UK, and recently piloted with 130 guys in WA. Aussie-FIT is scientifically informed and evidence-based, and is unlike any other health program in WA. As part of the Aussie-FIT team, we use men's passion for footy to make getting fit and healthy more fun.

- Take part in sessions designed specifically for men.
- Challenge themselves with realistic and attainable fitness goals
- Increase their knowledge of healthy eating
- Reduce their weight and waist
- Learn how to sustain their new lifestyle longer term
- Experience a unique footy focused health and fitness opportunity
- Meet like-minded guys, in a supportive, easy-going and footy-focused atmosphere
- The program includes 12 weekly, 90 minute sessions, involving an education component and some physical activity tailored to each guy’s current fitness level
In 2021, we will be launching:
- Aussie-FIT in Albany, Bunbury and Northam.
- An Aussie-FIT program specifically designed for men who’ve had cardiovascular disease.
